What can I expect from a Deep Transformational Coaching session?

Sessions may feature the following elements:

A short initial breathing exercise to be more grounded and present
A slow pace of conversation to tap into your body’s own innate rhythm and wisdom
Periods of silence to facilitate a deeper connection to self
Eyes closed and camera off for virtual sessions to deepen into your inner world
The embodiment of a way of being to heal and transform

Deep coaching sessions are always
client-centered, so you determine which elements you feel comfortable experiencing. You dictate your own healing and transformational process.
