Event Details
The event will feature the following two activities:
Guided Meditation - A short breathing exercise to connect with our bodies, the present moment, and a more centered sense of self
“Healing Circle” - Inspired by diverse storytelling traditions, a Healing Circle is a communal space for authentic communication, healing, and support. Facilitators guide participants through a practice of sharing and listening to personal stories from the heart. Through our shared stories, we build connection, compassion, and strength. We create less fear and more love. Together, we heal ourselves.
No one is required to speak–listening is also an important form of participation.
To foster an intimate space, the Healing Circle is currently limited to 12 participants.
Healing for All
This event is free in the service of healing for all.
In the spirit of community, if you’d like to reduce the financial barrier for others to receive additional healing services, you can contribute to our Healing Scholarship Fund. There will be an opportunity to pay it forward at the end of the event.

You may use a different Zoom name, such as a nickname, your initial(s), or a different preferred name.
3. Will you record the event?
No, no recording will be made.
4. Do I have to be on camera?
To facilitate a shared sense of connection, trust, and safety, we do ask that you prepare to be on camera throughout the Healing Circle event. However, if you generally do not feel comfortable appearing on camera, this event may not be the best fit for you at this time.
